0:06That's all right. Okay, where is she? Listen. She's not dead. I'm going to her grave. There's a hole in the ground. It's a miracle. It's a resurrection. There's a resurrection. Okay, and that's better why. Why is that the biggest from the Old Testament? I thought myself in boxes now. Hey. Beth, you're so beautiful. I'm so happy you're back. You don't want to eat me, do you? All right, now. I mean, like, really eat me. I want my parents around. Okay. It's not fun. It's weird. End of kiss, guys. So this was like, I'm watching this, and I'm watching you screaming throughout this whole thing. It must have been like really therapeutic almost, but taxing at the same time? It was. It was very cathartic. I got a lot of my aggression out and a lot of my anger from my childhood.
0:53I'll go back to the WTF podcast and go through all that stuff that I heard. Yes. But no, no, no. But I heard you got injured doing this too. Like you ripped something. Yeah, the first day that I had the oven strapped to my back in the kitchen, there's a moment where I stand with it, and they really wanted me to do it for real because they just thought it'd be like a cool kind of pan up while I stand with the thing. But I hadn't really practiced it. I just kind of walked on and I thought it was fake, but it was half fake and half real, and it was really heavy. And so I kind of, but I'm actually stronger than I look, I think. So I was like, I got this, and then I tore my abdominal wall.
1:38That's correct. But not bad. It wasn't bad. It was awesome. If it hurt me and I thought I was gonna die, but it wasn't bad. Stronger than you look, I hear your basketball player. I am, yeah. Who's the coolest person you've played basketball with? That's like, interesting. Like a famous person or something? Sure. I never did. Well, if you said like Steve, I'd be like, all right, cool. Well, I'm on a basketball team in LA, so that's pretty cool because not many adults can be like, I'm in a league with referees and actual games. And so I'd say everyone in my league is pretty cool. Good answer. Yeah. They're like tough LA chicks. Okay. Where did you find the character? Where did you find Beth? Where did I find Beth?
2:24Yeah, like what choices did you make to play about? Well, I treated her like a human. So I prepared in that way as you would for any movie, but then the zombie part of it, I initially thought I was gonna just watch a bunch of zombie movies and get into that zone, you know? But then I felt like I don't want to imitate anyone else's version of a zombie because I'll just do that by accident. So I just kind of treated it like I was slipping into dementia or, you know, like, just I just tried to really feel like just my body slowly deteriorating. And then I just tapped into like some monster demon dark energy
3:09that I feel like is always like brewing just under the surface. It's fun to watch, especially the scene where you pop your head out of the... I don't know why that was so funny, but it made the theater just die. Oh really? Yeah, I like doing that because I was really like up there in the attic and like it was fun to like come up and be like, I got to let you go. So we do something called five questions, five quick questions, one word answers. Oh God. Script or improv? Oh God. Oh, do we start? That's the first one. Script or improv? Script. Stage or screen? Screen. Lening or McCartney? Lening. Okay, you're singing them. It's copper Kubrick. Kubrick. In one word, life after bath. Life.
3:55Nice. Thanks, Aubrey. You're welcome. Awesome. Thank you. I like how you sang them.
