0:00I study storms all my life. I just want it bigger than any storm that has ever been. Well, this was fun to watch. Absolutely. I can't wait for them to turn this into a ride, and if you guys get to reprise your roles, and like, put this thing into a car. That'd be amazing. I've never had a ride before. That'd be cool. You had a thing. That's very vague for an interview. Amazing. I've always wanted an action figure.

0:46That's like my entire professional ambition. I want action figures. They did action figures, but I died before they did it. Sorry, spoiler alert. You could be like a limited edition action figure. Let's make that happen, please. I want an action figure. Yeah. Okay. I'm going to make one on the macaroni. I don't think that'll work. I've got you laughed at that. I love it. It's good. Choices for characters. I don't know why I noticed this, but your bracelets. And I just thought that goes for just a little bit of rock and roll for like a professor and doing this job, and just wondering what kind of choices you guys made for these characters. Oh, cool. Rock and roll. So bracelets, I mean, at the time that we shot the original movie, the character of my daughter never appeared. They added her actually a year later when they tested the movie with an audience

1:31in the audience and said, we need to see her daughter. But she was so important to Allison that they were little friendship bracelets that her daughter had made for her. And so I wanted to make sure that Allison had a piece of her daughter with her, a piece of Gracie with her all the time. So that's where those came from. So you're not rocking roll at all? I mean, you know, being a mom is a rock and roll job. That's an even cooler story. It is. And what about you with the cameras? I'm watching this movie and someone who shoots things, I honestly had no idea if your camera's real or not that I found out, probably not though. No, they were real. Oh yeah. Some of that stuff in the movie. No way. So what can people look for that you shot? There's one piece that I'm very, very proud of where Matt's character, Pete, is basically given a tour of the Titus or the tank, excuse me.

2:16And I have a steady cam up that I got to literally learn how to balance and I got down, got the angle. I came up the slope of the tank. I did a little bit of everything. Now, they also did that, but Steve told me that my footage is there in the film. So just for sake of mine, we'll just say it's all me. And then there's Nate saying, each other homies. And there's Nathan, Max and Jeremy, all of them. We all had cameras that were actually filming. Is there a difference when you're acting looking into a camera? Is it more like a stage then? No, I mean, we're not looking into a camera and you're still a character. Yeah, I mean, what I think became stage-like about it is that there were so many cameras, there were cameras mounted on the vehicles.

3:02You were holding practicals, we had the actual camera crew. So you knew that the chances were you could do something very subtle and somewhere it would get picked up. Yeah. And you could react in the moment to things. And both sides of the conversation would be on the lens. It was really freeing. I could be holding a camera and Pete could say something silly to her. And I'm not even in their conversation. I go, pfft, whatever. You know, the smallest thing and someone else's camera can pick that up, you know? And that, you know, yeah, absolutely. That's cool. We didn't talk any about all the crazy stuff that happened. But I still enjoyed this one. Different kind of thing. But we got to do five questions. Five quick questions. One more to answer is every actor gets the same ones. Improver script. Scrip script. Stage or screen. Screen. Lening or McCartney. What? Lening or McCartney.

3:48The Beatles. I know, I know, I'm sorry. Yeah, Lening. Hitchcock or Kubrick. Kubrick. Hitchcock. In one word. Into the storm. Rad. Killer. I was ready for you to say Ickle. Rad Ickle. Is that what we're good? We like the Sesame Street? I'm doing it perfect. Thanks guys. You watching a lot of Sesame Street? Yeah, Sesame Street. I got kid. Cool. Thank you. Have a good one. Thank you, man. Have a good one. Thank you. Have a good one.
