Part 1

0:05Hey man, how are you? I'm doing great. I'm good. I like how you introduce yourself a Steve. Oh, not just Steve Oh, really right so you're in character now. Are you are you can say that sure? Yeah fair enough. Where are you right now? I'm at home with my two dogs in Glendale, California. Oh, I like Glendale. It's very beautiful little air Are you still living Burbank? Not too far. I'm cool, man. I hear you have Canadian roots I think my mom is born in Canada. My dad was born in America So I'm triple national crazy and you lived here for a little while I did I lived in in Toronto from 87 and 88 crazy man. Well, let's let's get into this. Let's talk about the film

0:51Sure. Yeah, actually one other thing my mom and my mom went to high school with Tom Greens mom No way. Yeah, and I think Barry Ontario. That's nuts. Do you and Tom ever crossed past you must have at this point? Yeah, we're good buddies crazy. Yeah He's doing really well these days too. What's he up to he's he's still doing that talk show to his house not the talk show His house. He's doing a headlining Comedy tour he's he's he's got some stage and does an hour of stand-up comedy and he's absolutely hysterical I'm sure man, and you got you kind of did like a stand-up kind of thing to didn't you for? I I did a what was I called it don't try to set a home tour right and I'd try to lot with that, but I understand up comedy like four years ago recently

1:41What do you talk about? What's your act like is a pot of coal like what do you what are you talking about? You know it's there's a lot of stories related to my experience as a premature ejaculator Just like the ridiculous eat you know premature ejaculating occurs repeatedly You know it's really kind of just about how life changes once you get a little bit of notoriety and stuff And it's just so funny crazy But just share the ridiculousness Well, I mean, yeah, I'm sure people want to hear the jackass stories behind the scenes stuff right yeah, which is great too because

2:33I'm working on a book as well. Oh really yeah like an autobiography kind of thing exactly that cool When when can we read it when when are you thinking at least? I'm released in next year cool. Yeah, I believe June 7 is what we're shooting Well, hopefully the DVD release of this 3d phone comes out around the same time to give you a little publicity. Oh, okay The last time around we did a jackass 2.5 right How long do you guys shoot for like how long does it take to do a two hour film six months? Six months and how often do you guys like is it it can't be day every single day as a new stunt

3:20I will shoot and then and then take two weeks off to heal and I heard it was it was your first time doing it straight like completely so yeah Congratulations for one. Yeah. Thank you man. I've been cleaning sober for over two and a half years now and This was yeah my first sober didn't help do I mean like didn't know what being sober didn't make it easier To to do the kind of stuff I need to do for jackass right But the important pussy

4:07like They know I was really a major thing I'm in these situations like you know I was like that dynamic first too and like I was so to participate in as much stuff as I could that So that's cool. Yeah, it's been really great for me and like what a blessing to be able to work with all of these guys

4:53And and be like an improvement and all rested and easy to get along with and eager over the years For me to be able to do this. Do you write your own stunts like how does an idea come to fruition? There are different ways that ideas come to fruition like we'll have actual like Organized meetings where we get in a room when we throw around ideas You know as we like the kid carry on about our merry way like something might come to us and wouldn't generate like text conversations about it or write up emails I got an idea at a dream where in my dream

5:44on the set and they were drawing a dartboard onto my face with with a sharpie marker and I Woke up from the stream thinking oh man. We we have to make a dartboard out of my face I You know, I don't many good reasons not to do that like I couldn't like I Couldn't think of any the made me not want to do it So I remember going into the office and talking to Knoxville I told him about my dream and Knoxville's response was I applaud your commitment, but that Too dark even for us When the director came in to the office I ran it by him and of course our evil director says

6:37But we could have a bit there with the lawyers You know, we all kind of collaborated on it Knoxville said well, I'm looking for a guy who you know blow stuff You know, they like control a bunch of air into his butt who could like hold a blow dart gun and shoot darts It's basically fart darts is what we called it and everybody was so excited about that because it wasn't imitable And it was like it's kind of goofy like and gnarly. Oh, yeah, that was a 3d that was day one

7:27crazy and we have this guy Playing a trumpet with his ass we had I mean this guy could really blow with his ass Like he was playing trumpet, you know, there's little party things we blow on it in the paper on roll Oh, yeah, yeah, like he was you know, we're like saying that yeah, let's party You know like this guy's blowing those things with a 3d a monitor put on the glasses and see it in 3d Oh, that's cool. I know that yeah like a lot of these movies like posture the Titans You know like so many of these movies that are called 3d are really shot in 2d and then just kind of tinkered with some Right. That's how I thought it worked. Yeah. Yeah, no we like a 3d camera has like two lenses

8:14So it's got like different like depth, you know, right? But so yeah, we actually shot it in 3d so the 3d looks like so much better than than a lot of these movies out there and That's the first thing I saw in day one was this like little party thing that the paper that unrolls when he blow into it, you know the little party and It's just for the shot of this guy's butt and he blows it with his butt and the paper thing unrolled is right out at you Like when I saw that on the very first day. I knew that we were really onto something That's cool. You mentioned something interesting though about the kids and imitating You guys must get a lot of slack for that. You know, I mean back when we were making a television series

9:00When Jack us was just a show on television We ran into with You know like his kids kids can watch and then kids were starting to and the We tend to us but there was just a sense of liability and They started coming down on us and trying to tell us what we couldn't couldn't do and introducing all of these new rules that The you know, whatever ring down Knoxville abruptly quit Because they were coming down on us and he said I'm not gonna do a watered-down version of Jackass to appease the lawyers

9:47Like I've read before I water it down. I'm gonna call it quits entirely and we were okay guys We're kind of sitting around taking like saying like what like what and they already had the idea that that it was so popular that and you know, they wanted to make movies and That it's like thankful because You know, that's a word that gets thrown or imitable and

10:39You know, I don't know how it works and to be honest I think it's really more just paranoia than there's no like hard and fast rule for anything, you know The amazing like some things they let us do like I can't even believe it and some things they don't want us to do like Sorry, go ahead generally as a rule The goofier and more outlandish The more entertaining it is anyway and so the less imitable You you gave us that a little sneak peek nut first stone in the movie But is that your favorite one or do you have one that you just can't wait for people to say? It turned out the actual fart dart like hitting my face Is it didn't even make the movie it's in that's in 3.5. Oh, okay?

11:25and that's you know, it like kind of like second degree burns like what she can my you know, and that like this from what we call the fire gauntlet and I can't wait to see that that sounds fun. Yeah, and that didn't make the movie either like that's in 3.5 There's another thing where we've fired a high-power BB rifle We shot a BB straight through my nipple Oh From the side and did all this like horrible damage to my nipple and with the BB lodged in it and and broke my

12:22Like how you guys laugh about that kind of stuff? Yeah, yeah, I've been having this trick where like you look sneak up behind you the boxing glove on one hand and glass water And the other one feel throw a glass of water on your face real fast and punch you with the other hand So that it's called the rocky so like the as you know, and we've filled with cameras that shoot 1,000 frames per second and they're called phantom cameras right like in slow emotion you can just see all this crazy stuff like, you know, like the way that the Step that you're I would never notice, you know, like just really it's crazy when you see you get punched in the face And all the water like spraying like the sweat and the rocky movie Well, Bam pulled his rocky trick on me as I was standing there with my nipple gushing blood and

13:12And he just straight punched my nose like way over to the side of my face. That's fantastic And yeah, so I went to the show up at the hospital with broken nose and a BB and my nipple and And that didn't make them here either. That's in 3.5 as well. Well, well now people are gonna be excited for two films It's awesome right right. Yeah, it's good man. It's definitely good, but um, like you know like I said man I wanted to be involved in as much stuff as I could and I I got plenty of footage that did make this 3d You know that plenty of footage will be in theaters and a whole bunch more in 3.5 and It's all like, you know, that's the kind of we spent six months shooting so then you know

14:03We really get two movies out of it, you know, like the cream of the crop goes into theaters and and everything else is That's awesome we do this thing on the show called five questions just five quick questions one word answers Lenny or McCartney BAM or Pawnius Pawnius Stunt you were most scared of Stunt you're most proud of Fair enough and one word Steve-o With um

14:53Cool man, well, thanks so much for calling in I appreciate it. Yeah, I understand this is for the radio right it is for the radio up in Canada so like I had something that uh that You know, we would cover this because I feel really passionate about this and so does my dad who I Have so much respect for have no Possession that I treasure and value more than my Canadian passport I really want to be on the on the record of saying this I think that the future For America is so to Canadian people because I feel like I'm gloating to talk to Americans

15:47Like America is just screwed, you know, like what we've done with that, you know, like like our debt the The national debt is so out of control and rather than improving it or doing it in a fix it It's exponentially getting worse You know with the militarily the disaster the Disaster situation we're in I mean people don't even have this this Iraq situation is Yeah, it's like I mean I just feel like like the America the days are so expensive You're choosing a really expensive city, too, right, right?

16:33I you know, I thought but yeah, like I just like you know I just want to put it out there that I really think Canada is Is to live there like very soon out here. I can no longer really get away with You know, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm trying to get away with being an asshole Canada Fair enough we could use a few up here. Yeah for sure But anyway, it's a real pleasure to do this interview and and thanks so much. Yeah, thank you Steve take it easy You're doing stand-up. Is it stand up like joke telling or is it storytelling or what is your own story? Yeah, mostly stories, you know, and there's a lot of jokes worked into the stories that

17:30Yes, I'm sure your life has been quite insane the past few years Yeah, yeah, I got that going for me man like I like I find myself Really like I can't even believe in myself though, and I'm are there ever time That you're telling a story and and you're just telling the story But you've actually forgotten what has happened because you were so, you know, hi at the time or whatever I'm not not too clear on some stuff. You know, like I want in the beginning. I'll talk. I'll talk about like how ridiculous how ridiculous the the need was you know, and Like I talked about how

18:18You when Johnny Knoxville came prevention, you know, like but the thing about the Wow like It is just like a lot of really ridiculous stuff man, and I do a set of comedy and then I do I Oh cool. Yeah, I was gonna ask if you were still able to do that kind of stuff. Yeah, yeah I'm pretty sure that I'll be I'll be setting myself on fire and Teaching everybody how to drink for free for the rest of their life the best bar trick in the world Oh, yeah, and yeah, man's a big deal. That's like my favorite part of the show. I might be it

19:03I think that everybody's favorite part. How could it not be if you're you know, we Canadians like like our drink up here Right, right, right. I know yeah, but you like very good during the the during the the tricks and stunt set like There's like there's there's clever and and impressive. There's scary and dangerous There's silly and painful and there's just over the top Can't say that but I'll be put out it's fine. Yeah, man. It's a lot of fun, man And I'm really like I've been I've been at it non-stop since since November. So oh wow what to do with this and what doesn't work You know yeah, I talked to a lot of bands right and they always say by show number three

19:51That's when they feel they've hit their stride so you must be well into it now and like how just they have a perfect set down Yeah, I typically I do five or six shows per weekend Wow and I'm in a different city every week Yeah, literally since November man like I say that I've been to but it's a long ass Yeah, fair enough and it continues all the way to September to from what I was reading on your right Gone all year right. Yeah, so it's pretty cool man like in the beginning when I when I first started doing it I was first and I do like a little bit of comedy and then I'd introduce like a comic and then I Would like come out again and do a little bit more comedy and choose another guy

20:38I would have like up to like four guys in the beginning and it was more like I was like hosting the night So and then gradually like I've just like I'm like there I'll be like an Mc starts out does like I don't know like 10 minutes or so and then a feature guy I'll do like 20 minutes and then I'll go for a whole hour Is this something you want to do like is this gonna be what you do now is this uh your life? I don't know man You know like I'll tell you I'm having a blast with it. You know it sounds like yeah Really like you know a lot of people the consensus that I get is that nobody and then they're like holy crap Dude like that comedy was actually really good, you know

21:24and I half years ago. Yeah, I think we talked about that last time a little bit right Yeah, someone invited me to come do like a crazy stunt at the California and I showed up and I looked around I thought you know there's just nothing I could do that would be crazier than to get on that stage and try to stand up And so that was my first time doing stand-up comedy was four and a half years ago It didn't work the first time did you bomb first time I did pretty good man I showed up like not even knowing what I was doing what the plan was and I walked in I decided I was what I was gonna do and I was sitting around waiting for it to become my turn And I just thought up like man like what would I say to make people laugh and I just came up with a few things

22:11I wasn't on stage for very long, you know just a few minutes But the stuff that I threw out there actually got laughs and I got hooked pretty much right away And here that's what it is. That's where people laugh and you're in and you can't get out Right and then I guess it was like I don't know last August maybe September I met and I met Dane Cook and I told him that I really wanted to get like like serious about it and buckle down and really like do than do that and He said man like I'll put you up on you know, I'll get you up on the you know You just said next week at dawn We just picked a day and I was like oh man And I sent out whole week just writing and writing and writing and like I had like four different comics come over at different Times to like go through what I'd written and like tweak it out

22:59I went like night after night to the to the open mic and I worked it out and then when the night came I went on stage Like I mean like a couple comics after Sarah Silverman and immediately before Dane Cook Dane Cook after after his set and he and he told me I'm not sending you back to the drawing for it Which was like a big deal, you know, yeah Like he said you got to work on your timing and your delivery, but like your materials there It's good stuff that you're doing so so so yeah, we're off to a good start From that night I started I was in comedy clubs every night man like I remember like Then the second night It just so happened Dane Cook was at the last factory and I went on then he went on and then we sat down and he said

23:45It's good to see it's good that you're like, you know, because I was like kind of stressed like if I forgot like one thing It would throw off like everything You know because it wasn't like a bunch of separate jokes. It was like the whole thing that's So I was like all like really like kind of stressed out the first night and my member my second night My goal was to like relax be comfortable and like and then Dane Cook told me he said okay It's good that you're relaxing But like don't relax too much because you're coming off lethargic, you know, you said remember you said remember you're performing man Like this has got to be an amplified version of you So don't like don't like relax too much because then people will get the impression They'll think that you don't you don't want even want to be there, you know like and and then like remember the third night again Dane Cook was there and he sat down and his notes on that third night

24:32He was like okay, man You said but don't let yourself get locked into a way that you feel like you have to tell the joke, you know Like don't be up there like like like you're doing a routine. You know really like like you know You got to be more conversationally said, you know like consider this like you're hanging out the crowd You're you're having a conversation with them and so from that I really like you know So helpful man and like to have like Dane Cook He's like the biggest comic out there. Yeah, and have him like really take me under his wing was like a big deal You know like so yeah, I've taken real seriously man And like I have like you know I've been doing enough of these shows I'm figuring out what works and and I know that like To get to do the comedy set and have like people really like laughing and have them with me and

25:21And then they let him know okay like now. I'm gonna do all this other stuff that you guys already know me for two, you know Let's say if there's if there's a second show until I've taken a picture with literally every person in the crowd that want You know it gets it gets pretty hectic, you know, but like it's important for me to do that because You know, I know it helps me to do the pictures with with everybody and like also I don't know it. I just feel like I established myself in this, you know, and Like it's great. Well, we got like well, you know right riding on the heels of this huge Jack S3D movie

26:09You know, but I can't see your question is this what I'm is this what my life is now? You like I don't know me. I've got some work to do to be like and that's that's what I'm at right now I'm just I'm working my ass off at it. Yeah, well, it sounds like you want to like it sounds like you would I think you would enjoy the next, you know 20 years or so doing this man. Sure. That's cool You mentioned Jack S there last time we talked you told me a lot of most of the stories You told me we're from 3.5. We're just coming out soon Right, right, right. Do you know how it's being released because I'm a little confused about this release It's online Online release that that precedes the DVD release or something like You know just doing press surrounding this this is really 3dvd

27:01You know, like I'll be like studio and they'll be patching me and patching me through to each different interview like and When it comes up to the there on the line coming out and they're like oh, we can't say You know if they're willing to it's interesting you think they'd want to promote it, right? But well, what I right. Yeah, it's all good. It's coming out of the projects, man. I've got a book coming out I thought you had the book out already yet. No, no, it's not out like there's a like there's a jackass Like it's mostly like a photo book. Oh, okay. I've got my own my like my own Memoir man like I got the autobiography coming out. I've been working on it for close to two years. Oh, maybe that's it

27:47I think we talked about that last time. That's right. Okay. It is my baby, man Like it really is it's absolutely my baby man. It's called professional idiot a memoir It's like I know like even like it like at the risk of sounding like a douchebag for saying it myself I just like I'm just so So like just impressed with the job that we did on it man It's such a good balance of like like ridiculous and funny and sad and tragic and heartwarming and like you know It's just like you know and just like really like fascinating man I grew up in five different countries like I was a real like like privilege like every gamut of life, you know like Street bump to you know, it's really like

28:42When's it when's it gonna be out? It's June 7th. I know in the States June 7th And I imagine that I'd imagine it's the same but in the States it's it's published by Hyperion In in Canada, I want to say it's Harper Collins Canada. Oh, yeah, okay We'll get you on the phone again when the book comes out and you can Fantastic man. That'll be that'd be great. Yeah, well anytime you're welcome on the show anytime you want cool, man Cool, so are you gonna make it to the you know, I've already these Edmonton shows are Are pretty close to sold out man. They're they're talking about adding one. Oh really nice good I know that I know that I'm already completely sold out on the first show on Friday and the first show on Saturday So there's there's only tickets available for what I gather they're going pretty quick, too

29:38Well, yeah, it's in the mall. It's a it's a grab you've been in the club yet. Have you been there? I haven't know It's possible. I can't say for sure, but if any of it's possible Saturday night, okay good to know We we should have like yeah, how have everybody and I don't care how route you the crowd gets me. I really don't I didn't think you would know yeah Amazing well, we'll see you this weekend man. I'm very excited sure man

Part 2

0:00you're doing stand up is it stand up like joke telling her is it story telling or what what is your own story and i don't think stories you know and a lot of jokes work into the story is that uh... and it's and which is what's crazy about it yes i'm sure your life has been quite insane the past few years yeah yeah uh... so i've definitely got that going for me man like i think like i find myself uh... really like i can't believe myself that all of all these stories coming out of my mouth are true are there ever times that you're telling a story and and you're just telling the story but you've actually forgotten what has happened because you were so you know high at the time or whatever

0:45i'm not not too clear on some stuff you know that i like i want to have a ridiculous i ridiculous the the the need was for me to change my lifestyle you know you would win when johnny noxil came over with the with the guys and but the thing about the well i was like uh... it is like a lot of really ridiculous stuff and uh... and uh... i do a set of comedy and then uh... i'd do uh...

1:33oh cool yeah i was gonna ask you if you were still able to do that kind of uh... yeah i'm pretty sure that i'll be i'll be setting myself on fire and and teaching everybody how to drink for free for the rest of their life of the best part of the world and yeah i'm and to big deal that's like my family might be a i think that everybody's favorite part how could it not be if you're you know we can be in the like a like a drink up here right right right yeah but i'd like to be doing the the uh... during the the tricks and stunt set like uh... there's like there's an impressive there's scary and dangerous there's silly and painful and there's just over the top particular can't say that but i'll be put out it's fine and it's a lot of fun man and uh... i really like

2:21i've been added nonstop since uh... since november so uh... oh wow what to do with this kind of figure out what works and what doesn't work you know yeah i was i i talked a lot of bands right they always say by show number three that's when they feel they've hit their stride so you must be well into it now and like how to have a perfect set down yeah i i i typically i do five or six shows per weekend wow and uh... and they're different city every week uh... but yeah literally since november man like uh... uh... i i could list off my my my my say that they've been to but it's a long after a fair enough and it continues all the way to september to from what i was reading on your right i've gone all year

3:07right yeah so it's pretty cool man like in the beginning when i when i first started doing it i was um... first and i do like a little bit of comedy and then i'd introduce like a comic and then uh... like come out again and do a little bit more comedy and choose another guy i would have like up to like four guys in the beginning and it was more like i was like hosting the night and then gradually like i've just i've got way more material and so i'd like there'll be like an m c starts out does like i don't know like ten minutes or so then a feature godly like twenty minutes and then i'll go for a whole hour well is this something you want to do like is this going to be what you do now is this uh... your life

3:52i don't know man you know like uh... i'll tell you i'm having a blast with it you know it sounds like uh... really like uh... you know a lot of people the consensus that i get is that no spectrum show up at the show and then they're like holy crap do you like that comedy was actually really good you know and uh... half years ago yet we talked about the last time a little bit right yes i'm invited me to come do like a crazy stunt at the laugh factory in hollywood california and i showed up and i looked around i thought you know that this is nothing i could do that would be crazier then to get on that stage and try stand up

4:37and uh... so that was my first time doing stand-up comedy was was four and a half years ago did work the first time did you bomb first time i did pretty good man i showed up like not even knowing what i was walking i decided i was what i was going to do and i was sitting around waiting for it to become my turn and i just thought up like man like what would i say to make people laugh i just came up with a few things i was not states for very long you know just a few minutes but the stuff that i threw out there actually got laughs and i got hooked pretty much right away and that's what it is that's what it is people laughing you're in and you can't get out right and then i guess it was like i don't know last august may be september uh... i met and i met dane cook and uh... i told him that i really want to get like like serious about it buckled down and really like

5:23do you can do that and uh... he said man like uh i'll put you up on you know i get you up on the uh... at the l.a. m. prof and he just said next week and thought we just picked a day and i was like oh it's writing and writing and writing and like i had like four different comics come over at different times to like go through what i'd written and like tweak it out i went like night after night to the to the open mic and i worked that and then when the night came i went on stage uh like i mean like a couple of comments after sarah silverman and immediately before dane cook remember i sat down with dane cook after uh after his set and he and he told me i'm not sending you back to the drawing board which was like a big deal you know yeah

6:08like he said you got to work on your timing and your delivery but like your materials there it's good stuff that you that you're doing so so yeah we're off to a good start that's awesome from that night i i i i was in comedy club every night man like i remember like uh then the second night um it just so happened dane cook was at the last factory and i went on and he went on and then we sat down and he said uh it's good to see it's good that you're like you know because i was like kind of stressed like if i forgot like one thing it would throw off like everything that's fair you know because it wasn't like a bunch of separate jokes it was like the whole thing that's so i was like all like really like kind of stressed out the first night and my member my second night my my goal was to like relax be comfortable and like and dane cook told me he said okay it's good that you're

6:55you're relaxing much because you're coming off lethargic you know you said remember you're performing man like this has got to be an amplified version of you so don't like don't like relax too much because then people will get the impression they'll think that you don't you don't want even want to be there you know like and uh and then like remember the third night again dane cook was there and he sat down and his notes on that third night he was like okay man you said but don't let yourself get locked into a way that you feel like you have to tell the joke you know like don't be up there like like like you're doing a routine you know really like like uh you know you got to be more conversational he said you know like consider this like you're hanging out the crowd you're you're having a conversation with them and so from that i really like uh you know i just so

7:42helpful man and like to have like dane cook he's like the biggest comic out there yeah and have him like really take me under his wing was like a big deal you know like so yeah i'm taking real seriously man and like i have like uh you know i've been doing enough of these shows i'm figuring out what works and and i know that like uh to get to do the comedy set and have like people really like laughing and have them with me and uh and then and then let them know okay like now i'm gonna do all this other stuff that you guys already know me for too you know but say if there's if there's a still i've taken a picture with literally every person in the crowd that want you know it gets it gets pretty hectic you know but like it's important for me

8:28to do that because uh you know because i know people they're gonna they're gonna say they had a good time like it certainly helps me to do the pictures with uh with everybody and and like also i don't know i just feel like you know i'm the you know and like it's great while we got like uh well you know right riding on the heels of this huge jackass 3d movie you know but to answer your question is this what i'm is this what my life is now you're like i don't know i mean i've got some work to do to uh to be able to i feel like and and that's that's what i'm at right now i'm just i'm working my ass off at it yeah and it's well it sounds like you want to like it sounds

9:13like you would i think you would enjoy the next you know 20 years or so doing this sure man sure that's cool you mentioned jackass there last time we talked um you told me a lot of most of the stories you told me were from 3.5 which is coming out soon right right right do you know how it's being released because i'm a little confused about this release it's online but it's kind of like in parts online release that precedes the the dvd release or something like um you know just doing press 3dvd um you know like i'll be like studio and they'll be patching me and patching me through to each different interview right and um when it comes up to the

9:59they're on the line coming out and they're like oh well we can't say you know like if they're willing to it's interesting you think they'd want to promote it right but well whatever right yeah it's all good it's coming out of eventually project man i've got a book coming out i thought you had the book out already yeah no it's not out like there's uh like there's a jackass like it's mostly mostly like a photo book oh okay i've got my own man like uh i get the autobiography coming out i've been working on it for close to two years oh maybe that's it i think we talked about that last time that's right okay it is my baby man like it really is it's absolutely my baby man like it's called professional idiot a memoir very title it's like i you know like even

10:46like it like the risk of sounding like a douchebag for saying it myself i just like i'm just so uh after the job that we did on it man and it's such a good balance of like like ridiculous and funny and sad and tragic and heartwarming and like you know it's just like you know and just like really like five different countries like i was a real like like privileged corporate like a when's it when's it when's it gonna be out it's June 7 i know in the state

11:33June 7 um and i imagine that it would i'd imagine that it's the same but in the states it's uh it's published by Hyperion in uh in Canada i want to say it's Harper Collins Canada oh yeah okay so we'll get you on the phone again when the book comes out and you can plug that too oh man that would be fantastic man that would be that would be great yeah or anytime you're you're welcome on the show anytime you want cool man cool so are you gonna make it to the you know i've already these Edmonton shows are are pretty close to sold out man they're they're talking about adding one oh really nice good i know that i know that i'm already completely sold out on the first show on Friday and the first show on Saturday um so there's there's only tickets available for

12:25well yeah it's in the mall it's a it's a grab you've been in the club yet have you been there i haven't no it's possible i can't say for sure but if anybody if it's possible that we'll add up okay good to know we we should have like yeah have i have everybody uh tell them like man you guys need to make a late late show on Saturday and uh because i don't care how right the crowd gets me i really don't i didn't think you would know yeah amazing well we'll see you this weekend man i'm very excited for sure man
