0:15He started classical composition like harmony, contemporary art, orchestration, piano. Almost from the beginning I started doing films, beginning in short films, documentaries, video, experiences with artists. And I felt so well trying to be part of an narration that, well now is my profession, my home. I met him before when he did his first film, and I loved so much his first film. And we met in European hours or something like that.
1:02And we got this connection between, and so he called me and asked me, do you want to do that? Come to London when, tomorrow. So I had to read the script very, very fast. I didn't have time to prepare myself for that. Sometimes I have time. I read the scripts and then I can imagine some sounds or some ideas. But in this time it was very, very fast. It took me a little time to really understand the film. Really have an idea of the structure, of the weight of each part. And it took me some time to understand or to be really close to smiley.
1:56There is some music that is more, is connected with everything, but smiley is connecting everything. He's the connector. So I played like also, I was spying smiley at the same time. And once I told you to Thomas, I feel like I'm spying, watching smiley. And he said, don't tell him anything. And so it was very, very interesting job.
